Barometer is an offline iPhone app for tracking barometric pressure, altitude, and pressure changes without relying on an internet connection. It brings together pressure trends, alerts, widgets, history, notes, and export for people who want reliable barometer data on device.
My role
I designed a utility app that needed to feel clear, trustworthy, and quick to understand across weather, outdoor, and health-related use cases.
The design challenge
Current readings and historical patterns needed to be actionable. Alerts, widgets, notes, and export had to feel useful even without a connection.
Launch
Barometric Pressure Offline launched on Product Hunt and the App Store, positioned around offline reliability, pressure alerts, widgets, export, and on-device privacy.
