The challenge
A useful comparison needed to work at basket level, rather than asking people to compare every grocery item manually. Price, availability, and shopping behavior all affect the best choice.
The MVP
I focused on basket building, comparison states, unavailable-item handling, and replacement paths. The resulting direction lets users build a basket, compare stores, adapt when items are missing, and choose a practical shopping path.
