Five years designing and evolving a workplace and building-management platform as the product and team grew.
From MVP to platform
From 2017 to 2022, I worked with the founding team as lead UX/UI designer of Witco, a white-label SaaS platform for building management. What began as an MVP grew into a solution with more than 50 configurable modules for managers and occupants.
The platform has been implemented in more than 800 buildings and used by more than 5,000 companies, according to the original case study.
My role
I collaborated with founders and product owners to create and update web and app modules, from early ideas through developer handoff. I reviewed existing flows, tested and iterated designs, and maintained a white-label design system.
I also designed custom icons and illustrations and worked closely with developers to carry the experience into production.
